Excellent location, clean and tidy, friendly staff, good quality room and facilities.

The hotel was located in a great spot - close to the city center and with all the necessary amenities nearby. the staff was fairly accommodating and the rooms were tidy and clean. One thing that I really liked was the Christmas decorations that were put up all around the hotel. Another great aspect was the traditional Romanian dish that was served for Christmas dinner - it was amazing.
the rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around.

The rooms were quite spacious and had a modern feel to them. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful when we had requests.
The decorations were lacking festive spirit and there was nothing special about the holiday experience. the heating system in the room was not functioning properly which made the cold weather outside feel even worse.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Women's Cave and several monasteries. the en-suite bathroom features a steam shower cubicle with multiple options for water streams and even a radio. the outdoor eating space is beautiful.
The hotel is far away from restaurants, making it difficult to find meal options.
